equipments, then plug all the wire connectors.

19.4 Insert 2 hooks of the insert panel/IMD panel to the Top front panel on the top first, then press 

down, the lower hooks will be clicked in at the bottom.

20. Chang hot tank silicone tubes

20.1 Open the condenser by unscrewing 6 bolts from the back.
20.2 Drain water out from the drain cap. CAUTION: water maybe hot!
20.3 Take off the silicone tubes from the hot tank and plastic fittings.
20.4 Change new silicone tube and check if they are twisted.
20.5 Plug in power and pump water into hot tank to see if there is leaking.
20.6 Install the condenser with 6 bolts.

21. Change hot tank thermostat

21.1 Open the condenser by unscrewing 6 bolts.
21.2 Remove the door together with the hinge plate.
21.3 Remove the middle panel.
21.4 Unplug the wire connectors and silicone tubes from the hot tank.
21.5 Take off the hot tank assembly by unscrewing out 3 bolts.
21.6 Take off the thermostat cover on the side and on the bottom of the hot tank.
21.7 Check the thermostat and change new ones. Use thermostat holder to fix the thermostat when 

bolting on the new thermostat on the side.

21.8 Install the thermostat cover(s) back.
21.9 Plug the silicone tube and wires back.
21.10 Install all the panels and condenser back.

22.Change ozonator assembly

22.1 Open the controlb box cover

How to change parts

CAUTION:

 UNPLUG POWER BEFOREDOING SERVICE

1. Change fuse

1.1 Screw out the fuse cap
1.2 Take out the fuse
1.3 Change a new one and screw on the cap.

2. Change power switch(es)

2.1 Take off the control box cover by unscrewing 2 bolts
2.2 Pull off the wires to Switch(es) NOTE: The lock on the female terminal need to be pressed down 

before pull out the wire connector.

2.3 Take out the switch(es)
2.4 Change new ones
2.5 Plug the wires back
2.6 Check the wire connection then screw on the control box cover

3. Change LED lights NOTE: Make sure the

static protection is equipped before doing service to protect control board.
3.1 Unscrew 2 bolts then take off the control box cover
3.2 Pull off the LED wire connector by pressing the lock
3.3 Open the top cover by unscrewing 2 bolts
3.4 Remove the door hinge plate by unscrewing 3 bolts, remove the door rope then remove the door.
3.5 Unscrew the bolts for middle panel from the front and back, then take off the middle panel.
3.6 Unscrewing 2 bolts then take off the front top panel.
3.7 Take out the LED PCB assembly then change a new one.
3.8 Install the top front panel back
3.9 Install the middle panel
3.10 Install the door with hinge plate, then screw on the door rope.

3.11 Plug on wire and check if it works
3.12 Install the control box cover back

4. Change transformer NOTE: Make sure the static protection is equipped before 

doing service to protect control board.

4.1 Take off the control box cover by unscrewing 2 bolts
4.2 Take off the Control board from the plastic standoffs, then take off 2 wires by using iron.
4.3 Pull off 2 wires with connectors to other wires or control board. NOTE: The lock on the female 

terminal need to be pressed down before pull out the wire connector.

4.4 Unscrew 2 bolts then take out the transformer
4.5 Change a new one
4.6 Connect wires
4.7 Install the control box cover back

5. Change control boards Inside the control box NOTE: Make sure the static 

protection is equipped before doing service to protect control board.

5.1 Take off the control box cover by unscrewing 2 bolts
5.2 Pull of all wires on the board
5.3 Take out the control board and change a new one
5.4 Connect the wires back and double check with the wire connection drawing
5.5 Plug in the water dispenser and test if it work properly.
5.6 Install the control box cover back.

6. Change the control board with LCD in the IMD NOTE: Make sure the static 

protection is equipped before doing service to protect control board.

6.1 Take off the IMD panel by pressing the hooks at the bottom.
6.2 Unplug all the wires by pressing down the locks.
6.3 Change a new control board
6.4 Connect the wires back and plug power after double checking, to see if the dispenser work 

properly.

6.5 Install the IMD back.

7. Change door switch

7.1 Take off the control box cover by unscrewing 2 bolts
7.2 Pull of the wires from the control board.
7.3 Take off the door switch by screw driver
7.4 Change a new door switch and check if it works.
7.5 Install the control box cover back.

8. Change float switch

8.1 Take off the control box cover by unscrewing 2 bolts
8.2 Pull the wires off from the control board by pressing down the lock.
8.3 Open the top cover by unscrewing 2 bolts on the back.
8.4 Take out the switch by unscrewing 2 bolts, take away the glue.
8.5 Change a new switch and glue it after installation.
8.6 Connect the wire and do the test before closing the top cover.
8.7 Install the top cover back
8.8 Install the control box cover back.

9. Change drain seal and cap

9.1 Open the door to Stop pumping water
9.2 Unscrew on bolt then take out the drain cap
9.3 Pull out the seal. CAUTION: Water may be hot!
9.4 Change new seal and cap.
9.5 Close the door.

10. Change hot tank assembly

10.1 Switch off the hot tank and drain out water from the drain cap.
10.2 Open an angle for the condenser by unscrewing 6 bolts on the back.
10.3 Remove the door hinge plate by unscrewing 3 bolts, remove the door rope then remove the 

door.

10.4 Unscrew the bolts for middle panel from the front and back, then take off the middle panel.
10.5 Unscrewing 3 bolts out from the front to remove the hot tank assembly
10.6 Pull out 3 silicone tubes from the hot tank. CAUTION : Do not scratch the silicone tubes.
10.7 Pull off the wires by pressing down the locks.
10.8 Change a new hot tank assembly, and connect the wires, then plug back the silicone tubes with 

a little water as lubrication. CAUTION: Do not twist the silicone tubes

10.9 Make sure the the hot tank is switched off by switch or the touch panel on the LCD panel then 

plug in power and

10.10 Press down the door switch by hand and let dispenser pump water into the hot tank.
10.11 Draw water out from the hot tap to check the water flow. And check if there is water leak by 

hand light.

10.12 Install the middle panel back, then condenser and door.

11. Change pump

11.1 Open the door and pull of the 1/4” PE tube.

11.2 Disconnect the wire connector by pressing the lock at the back.
11.3 Change a new pump into the housing.
11.4 Connect the wires and then plug in power, drain a few cups water from the taps, then press 

down the door switch to see if it is works.

11.5 connect the PE tube.

12. Change probe assembly

12.1 Open the door then take out the bottle with probe assembly.
12.2  Unscrew the nut on the probe assembly then pull up the probe assembly.
12.3 Pull off the 1/4” and 3/8” PE tubes from the quick connector.
12.4 Change a new probe assembly and plug PE tubes on it.
12.5 Pull out the extendable tube then press down the whole probe assembly into the water bottle, 

and secure the nut by twisting clockwisely.

12.6 Close the door and test if it works properly.

13. Change water tap buttons

13.1 Remove 2 bolts on the back then take off the top cover by gentle hitting from the back with 

hand.

13.2 Remove the tap buttons and place the new buttons on the pushers and align with the holes on 

the top cover.

13.3 Close the top cover and test the tap button to see how do they work then screw on the bolts.

14. Change water taps

14.1 Remove the top cover by unscrewing 2 bolts at back.

14.2 Remove the door hinge plate by unscrewing 3 bolts, remove the door rope then remove the 

door.

14.3 Unscrew the bolts for middle panel from the front and back, then take off the middle panel.
14.4 Take off the top front panel by unscrewing 2 bolts. NOTE: The top front panel has wires connect 

with the dispenser, hang it on the dispenser properly to avoid damage of wires.

14.5 Take out the water tap by tipping over unclockwisely.
14.6 Pull off the silicone tubes.
14.7 Connect the silicone tubes into the new taps with water as lubrication. CAUTION: Do not twist 

the tubes.

14.8 Check the tubes make sure no twisting then Press down the new water taps into the grooves 

firmly.

14.9 Install the top front panel back, then connect the tap pusher and tap stick in place. CAUTION: 

Do not forget to install the tap pusher and tap stick!

14.10 Install the middle panel and door back.

15. Change top cover 

15.1 Remove 2 bolts on the back then take off the top cover by gentle hitting from the back with hand 

(there are 2 hooks at the front).

15.2 Change a new top cover, align the tap buttons with the holes on the top cover before closing on.
15.3 Press down the top cover in place, then screw on 2 bolts from the back.

16. Change top front panel assembly

16.1 Remove 2 bolts on the back then take off the top cover by gentle hitting from the back with 

hand(there are 2 hooks at the front).

16.2 Remove the door hinge plate by unscrewing 3 bolts, remove the door rope then remove the  

door.

16.3 Unscrew the bolts for middle panel from the front and back, then take off the middle panel.
16.4 FOR MODEL WITHOUT DISPLAY: Unscrewing 2 bolts of the front top panel, then take off the 

panel gently. CAUTION: there is wire connect between the top front panel and water dispenser. 

Take out the LED light assembly from the top front panel assembly. FOR MODEL WITH LCD 

display: Take of the IMD panel assembly first, and unplug the wires, then take off the front top 

vpanel.

16.5 Install the LED light assembly to the new front panel assembly.
16.6 Insert the hooks of the new top front panel assembly into the holes on the side panel, then 

screw on the bolts on the top.

16.7 Connect the tap pusher and tap stick in place.
16.8 Install the top cover, middle panel and door back.

17. Change door assembly

17.1 Take off the door rope by unscrewing one bolt on the door.
17.2 Remove the door hinge plate by unscrewing 3 bolts.
17.3 Take away the door together with the hinge plate.
17.4 Plug the door shaft and hinge plate into the new door.
17.5 Install the new door together with shaft and hinge plate, 
then screw on the bolt for door rope.
17.6 Close the door check the gaps and if it works properly.

18. Change middle panel

18.1 Remove the door together with the hinge plate.
18.2 Remove the middle panelv
18.3 Take off the middle panel.
18.4 To install the new middle panel, Screw on 4 bolts into the thread holes. NOTE: do not fasten 

these 4 bolts but leave a 3-4mm gap.

18.5 Align the holes on the middle panel with the pins on the top front panel then insert up.
18.6 Fasten the 4 bolts from back by using long screw driver.

19. Change IMD panel or insert panel (no display)

19.1 Remove the insert panel for IMD by press the hooks at the bottom.
19.2 Take the IMD or insert panel panel out gently, For IMD panel: unplug all the wires by press 

down the wire connector clamps.

19.3 To change IMD panel: install the control board in place by hooks first with static protection 

22.2 Pull off the wire connector from the driver board.

22.3 Open the top cover.

22.4. Pull off the silicone tube on the ozonator.

22.5 Unscew 2 bolts for the ozonator and change a new one.

22.6 Connect the silicone tube and wire back.

22.7 Install the top cover and control box cover.

23. How to Connect / disconnect the quick connector and tubes

23.1 Take out the fork

23.2 Press down the collet then pull the tube out
