Reinstallation
1. Re-install the magnetron thermal cut-out angle with
thermal cut-out (MG) to magnetron with the two (2)
screws.
2. Re-install the magnetron to waveguide flange with the
four (4) screws.
3. Re-install the oven cavity assembly to the base plate.
Refer to "OVEN CAVITY ASSEMBLY REMOVAL".
OVEN LAMP AND LAMP SOCKET REMOVAL
1. CARRY OUT 3D CHECKS.
2. Remove the outer case.
3. Remove the oven lamp from the oven lamp socket.
4. Pull the wire leads from the oven lamp socket by
pushing the terminal hole of the oven lamp socket with
the small flat type screw driver.
5. Bend the tab of the lamp angle holding the lamp socket.
6. Remove the oven lamp socket from the lamp angle.
7. Now, the oven lamp socket is free.

4. Reconnect the wire leads to the magnetron and thermal
cut-out (MG). Refer to "PICTORIAL DIAGRAM".
5. Re-install outer case and check that the oven is
operating properly.
CAUTION: WHEN REPLACING MAGNETRON, BE
SURE THE R.F. GASKET IS IN PLACE AND
MOUNTING SCREWS ARE TIGHTENED
SECURELY.
1. CARRY OUT 3D CHECKS.
2. Remove the outer case.
3. Remove the one (1) purse lock holding the brown and
blue wire leads of the power supply cord and the wire
lead to the power transformer.
4. Remove the single (1) screw holding the green/ yellow
wire to the bottom plate.
5. Disconnect the leads of the power supply cord from the
main wire harness, referring to the Figure C-1 (a).
6. Release the moulding cord stopper of the power supply
cord from the square hole of the oven cavity back plate,
referring to the Figure C-1 (b).
7. Now, the power supply cord is free.
POWER SUPPLY CORD REPLACEMENT
Re-install
1. Insert the moulding cord stopper of power supply cord
into the square hole of the rear cabinet, referring to the
Figure C-1 (b).
2. Install the earth wire lead of power supply cord to the
bottom plate with one (1) screw and tight the screw.
3. Connect the brown and blue wire leads of power supply
cord to the main wire harness correctly, referring to the
Pictorial Diagram.
4. Hold the the brown and blue wire leads of the power
supply cord and the wire lead to the power transformer
with the one (1) purse lock.
5. Re-install outer case and check that the oven is
operating properly.

REMOVAL
1. CARRY OUT 3D CHECKS.
2. Remove the outer case.
3. Remove the oven cavity assembly from the base plate.
Refer to "OVEN CAVITY ASSEMBLY REMOVAL".
4. Discharge the high voltage capacitor.
5. Disconnect the wire leads from the fan motor.
6. Remove one (1) screw holding the separate angle B to
FAN MOTOR REMOVAL
the base plate, and remove one (1) screw holding the
air guide B to the separate angle B. And remove
separete angle B from base plate.
7. Remove two (2) screws holding the magnetron air
guide B to the base plate and fan case assembly. And
remove it from the base plate.
8. Remove two (2) screws holding the magnetron air
guide A to the base plate and fan case assembly. And
remove it from the base plate.
