Caution : Before pressing down the ti lt b utt on (namely before li ft ing the head of mixer),
make sure the beater or whisk or dough hook rest on the two sides o ft he head of mixer,
otherwise, when li ft ing the head of mixer, the beater or whisk or dough hook will
intervene the mixing bowl; i f t he beater or whisk or dough hook is res ti ng on the front of
the head of mixer, you shall turn on the speed selector again, le t t he mixer rotate for a
few seconds, then turn o ff the speed selector to stop the beater or whisk or dough hook
on the two sides o ft he head of mixer.
6. If necessary you can scrape the excess food pa rti cles from the beaters or dough hooks
by pl asti c spatula.
7. Pull ou tt he beater/dough hook/whisk with a li tt le force. I t i s recommended to
resis ti ng agains t t he washer on the beater/dough hook/whisk to easily pull ou t t he
beater/dough hook/whisk.
Caution:
The speed selector must be at “0” posi ti on and the power outlet must be
unplugged before pulling ou t t he beater/dough hook/whisk.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Unplug the appliance and wait un ti l i t i s completely cool down before cleaning.
Caution : The mixer cannot be immersed in water or other liquid.
2. Wash all the detachable accessories with mild soaped water.

Use a damp cloth to clean the inner o f t he appliance, remember to clean it regularly.
4.Wipe any excess food par ti cles from the power cord.
5. Immerse the bowl, beater, spatula, dough hook and whisk in warm soapy water for
complete cleaning. Then rinse under running water and wipe dry.
Caution Do not place the beater or dough hook into the dishwasher as it might result :
changes of color.
6 . Any other servicing shall be performed by SHARP authorized service representa ti ve.
