DW-71-H
(1) Start the vacuum pump. (Do not stop the vacuum pump until the evacuation of Step 13 is not completed.)
(2) At first open the additional valve of gauge manifold, and then open the low pressure valve and high pressure valve.
(At this time install the solenoid valve opening magnet if available.)
(3) Evacuate for 5 minutes.
(4) After evacuating for 5 minutes close the additional valve and high pressure valve of gauge manifold, and then open
the low pressure valve.
(5) Open the liquid side valve of charging cylinder to enter the coolant (about 30 g) into the cycle from the gauge manifold.
At this time the low pressure gauge pressure must be about 3 to 4 kgf/cm
2
G.
(6) Close the liquid side valve of charging cylinder and the high pressure valve of gauge manifold (close all the valves).
