Viewing Images from an External Equipment

INPUT

Use the following procedure to set up the Player for use as a monitor for
viewing images from a VCR or camcorder.

To view images from an external equipment

Connect the external equipment using the procedure on page 30.

Turn on the external equipment.

Turn on the Player.

Press

INPUT/DVD

to enter the INPUT

mode.

Press the play button of the external equipment.

• Power is not supplied from the Player to a connected camcorder.
• When not using the Player with external equipment, be sure to disconnect all

cables from the video input/output and audio input/output terminals.

• The Player goes into the Standby mode when no video signal is input for about 5

minutes in the INPUT mode.
