When 16-bit bus width is selected, (HWID=low)
It works as the microcomputer data bus of 9th bit.
When 8-bit bus width is selected, (HWID=high)
It works as the terminal to input the subcode synchronous signal from the
subcode interface of CD-DSP.
When 16-bit bus width is selected, (HWID=low)
It works as the microcomputer data bus of 9th bit.
When 8-bit bus width is selected, (HWID=high)
It works as the terminal to input the frame synchronous signal from the
subcode interface of CD-DSP.
It works as the microcomputer bus of bits 7 thru 0.

If quartz oscillator is connected to GCLK terminal, connect the other
terminal of quartz oscillator to this pin.

PLL is set. Before power-up, fix it.
