1. MAJOR IC INFORMATIONS
1.1. IC1301 (VHiAK4341ED-1Y)
This IC provides D/A-unit (192-kHz sampling, 2Vrms Output).
The digital audio signal (I2S) from IC8001 flows into AUDIO OUTPUT terminal.
1.2. IC1609 (VHi-1Q)
This IC is 4 input and 1 output HDMI port processor.
It integrated TMDS receiver and transmitter cores capable of receiving and transmitting at 2.25Gbps. (Supports video resolutions up to 1080p, 60Hz,
12bit.)
The Equalizer circuits to adapt long cable are integrated in This IC.
EDID and DDC support for 4 HDMI/DVI ports and 1 VGA port.
(This IC includes 256-byte NVRAM and 256-byte SRAM for each port (5 total).)
1.3. IC2002 (RH-iXC165WJN2Q)
The monitor microprocessor is intended to communicate with the main microprocessor and to operate the system.
It also controls power of the entire system.
1.4. IC2701 (VHiYDA148QZ-1Y)
The Class-D type digital audio power amplifier YDA148QZ gives maximum continuous output of 10 W/ch.
1.5. IC8001 (RH-iXC677WJQZQ)
This IC is a digital TV system LSI integrating a VSB/QAM demodulator, a system decoder, an MPEG2 video decoder, an audio DSP, an analog front-
end with a 3D comb filter, a display processor, a 2D graphics engine, LVDS transmitter, HDMI receiver, a sound demodulator and a 32-bit RISC type
CPU into a single product.
1.6. IC8251 (RH-iXC512WJQZQ)
These are 512M-bit (32M x 16bit) DDR2 synchronous DRAM.
1.7. IC8451 (VHiS25FL0644ES)
This is 64M-bit SPI flash memory device stores the main CPU program.
1.8. IC8454 (VHiHN24256A-1Y)
This is 256k-bit EEPROM device including the user setting.
