How to Force On the Unit  

 
 

 
 

 

Before you can reset lamp 

errors, you will need to force 

on the unit and then enter 

the service menu for 

troubleshooting 
 

1. Hold “VOL –“, “CHANNEL ^ 

and press “POWER” once or 

until the triangle light is 

steady 

 

2. Release buttons and the set 

should turn on 

 

 

3. Follow the steps on the next 

slide to enter the Service menu 

 

Note:  The backlights may not turn 

on. 

Please look at the panel with a light 

source, i.e flashlight, etc.
