Is the AC cord connector tightly connected to the set?
NO Reconnect the AC cord tightly and turn on the power again.

Are the wire harnesses and other cables properly connected in
the set? NO Reconnect the wire harnesses and other cables properly in the
set.
YES
Does Power starts up (central Icon LED lights up)? NO Refer to “No power (central Icon LED failure to light up) or no
startup (central Icon LED failure is flashing)”.
YES
Is there the pins [10/PNL_POW] of [PD] P9602 at “H”? NO Check the power unit, and the signal line between PNL_POW
and IC3303 (Digital AV decode & Main CPU).
YES
Is there the pins [2/STB] of [PD] P9602 at “H”? NO Check the power unit, and the signal line between STB and
IC2001 (UCOM)/IC3303.
YES
Replace the power unit.
