(5) White balance adjustment
a) Using a signal generator, get the pattern, as shown in Fig. D, displayed.
b) Look at the category "FLI2310" on the adjustment process menu. Make sure that the "R CUT OFF", "G
CUT OFF" and "B CUT OFF" settings are 0, +5 and 0, respectively, and that the "R DRIVE", "G DRIVE"
and "B DRIVE" settings are all 100. (Readjust these settings if set otherwise.)
c) Adjust the CUTOFF and DRIVE settings for each of the R, G and B colors on the right-hand screen in Fig.
D. Then adjust the white balance setting.
*1 Before making these adjustments, warm up the set for 30 minutes.
*2 Keep the CUTOFF as well as DRIVE settings in the range of ±0~25.
*3 These parameters can be controlled through the I2C external bus.
