Reassembly (Take-up reel disk)
1. Clean the reel disk shaft and apply oil to it.
2. Release the take-up reel catch and video
search brake lever
3. Install a new take-up reel disk onto the shaft.
4. Replace the take-up reel retainer in position
and tighten up the screw
Note
Take care not to damage the video search brake

Height checking and adjustment
Note:
Place the master plane onto the mechanism unit,
taking care not to hit the drum (see Figure l-24)
1. For height adjustment, press the reel disk with a
f i n g e r , a n d t u r n . i t r i g h t a n d l e f t w i t h a
