Check PC 5V lines.
Replace IC2201.
Check IC401 and parts around it.
Check between pin (47) of IC401 and all the way up thru to pin (20) or (16) of IC2201. Is the supply voltage of 5V feed to pins (4), (21), (48) and (63) of IC2201? Are there the I
2
C bus
data and clock at pins (8) and (7) of IC2201?
Check between pin (25) of IC2201 and pin (14) of IC402.

Check parts around pins (30) and (31) of IC2201.
Is there a signal at pin (10) of IC2201? Is there a signal at pin (57) of IC2201?
Check pin (94) of IC2201. (VCO control)
Check parts around pins (12), (43), (45) and (10) of IC2201.
Is there a signal at pin (26) of IC3301?
Are pins (36) and (35) of IC3301 at 5V?
Is there a signal at pin (10) of IC3301?
Check upper and lower drum.
Check PC 5V and bias CTL (H) lines.
Replace IC3301.
Check between pin (57) of IC2201 and all the way up thru pin (26) of IC3301.
