BATTERY
1. For ADF cartridge use 2 pieces of lithium batteries (CR2450) as a backup power source. Note:
Please recycle used batteries in accordance with local government laws and regulations, the filters
should be recycled in accordance with the electronic processing of waste material.
2 batteries can be used continuously for 5,000 hours in normal condition. If the battery is low hood will
not work correctly.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR TROUBLESHOOTING

Soap and a soft cloth to clean
the cartridge auto-dimming.
The sensitivity is set too low.
Adjust the sensitivity to the

Check the outer shield
(scratches, pitting), and replace
it if necessary.
Filter the arc to not darken.
Sensors or solar panels are
blocked.
Make sure that the welding not
block sensors or solar panels
with your hand or other
obstructions. Adjust the position
of the welding so that the
sensors can "see" the arc.
