ASSEMBLY

Assembly device for discharge sparks
Device for doscharge sparks (3) attach help screws (10) to the protection cover (4). Device for
discharge sparks (3) adjust help calibration screw (11) that dostance between disc for dry grinding (5)
and deviice for discharge sparks (3) will be as small as possible and never bigger than 2 mm. Device
for discharge sparks (3) adjust periodically to avoid wear discs.

Assemly workpiece support
Workpiece support (7) attach help fixing screw for
workpiece support (6), washer (12), serrated washer
(13) and locking button for workpiece support (14) to
workpiece holder (15), see picture.
BEFORE COMMISSIONING
• The machine must stand securely, ie. It is bolted to the workbench and others.
• Before commissioning must be properly fitted all guards and safety devices.
• Grinding wheels must rotate freely.
• Before connecting the machine, make sure the information on the nameplate agree with the data on
the network.
MAINTENANCE
• Attention! Pull out the plug.
• Dust and debris from the machine periodically removed. Cleaning best done with a soft brush or
cloth.
• To clean plastic not use corrosive agents.
