CLEANING THE MACHINE
As explained in Figure (7), placing the cluster in water bucket (so that the transparent parts
have to be outside). Operate the machine like milking. Continue this process until the water
with medication in the bucket flows into the container until it gets full.
-The cleaning process has to be repeated after each milking.
-The cleaning of equipment has to be done by a brush for a few times a week.
-The milk hose has to be cleaned several times a week by a wire brush.
-The interior of the vacuum tank (by opening the side cover) has to be cleaned once a month.
NEVER LUBRICATE ANY PART OF THE MACHINE
TIPS
For a good performance and long life of your machine, you must do the following items;
* Clean your machine regularly.
* Use your machine with a grounding connection which must be installed by a licensed
electrician.
* Never lubricate any part of the machine.
* It is normal the vacuum to be heated during operation. Don’t touch it.
* Do not let the water touch into the electric motor, when there is a failure, call a licensed
electrician (there is no guarantee for the electric motor)
* If there is a failure in the vacuum hose, go to the nearest service or inform the seller of the
machine
* Don’t hit buckets to somewhere. Never clean inside of the bucket with powder or metal
sponge.
* Check frequently rubber parts of your machine.
* If there are holes or cracks in liners, it can occurs a problem in vacuum pump.
*When you change a part, replace it with original SEZER spare part.
