Important: Be sure that the liners are placed on the udders well (Figure 3). When you are
placing them, be careful not to cause a rotation. If not, the udders lose their shape and they
can be shriveled up then milk yield can be decreased. (Figure 4).
While the machine and the pulsator work, the action in liner is explained like in Figure (5)
The processing time usually depends on the cow. After a time period of 4 to 7 minutes,
milking finishes. When milk is finished, you can see it observing transparent claw and hose.
If there is no draining of milk in the pipe, the milking is completed.
When the milk is finished in the udder, pull down the throttle valve located on the milk claw.
(Closed Position) Slowly pull the cluster.
Hold claw by right hand. Put the cluster on your arm. (Figure 6). By taking a few times up
and down the butterfly valve on claw, it provides the milk which is still in the claw and milk in
the pipes flows into the bucket.
Be careful not to overflow the bucket.
After completing the milking of your other animals by the same procedures: begin cleaning
the machine.
