. These are described in the respective
manuals.

1
The total current from the measured
output currents of drives 1 and 2
exceeds 180% I
N, unit
.
•
Reduce the load on the drives.
•
Do not enable both drives at the same time.

motor opera-
tion" oper-

2
In the "single-motor operation" oper-
ating mode, the measured output
current of drive 2 is greater than
10% I
N,unit
.
This output current is caused by
the fact that
•
The drive is connected to the
X9 terminal or to the X9 plug
connector.
•
Two drives are connected to
the MOVIFIT
®
unit during
"single-motor operation"
operating mode.
Check the drive connection.
In the "single-motor operation" operating mode,
only one drive can be connected at the termi-
nals provided for drive 1.
Important: As this monitoring function is
only activated when the output current of
drive 2 exceeds 10% I
N,unit
, an error in the
winding can cause the drive to rotate in the
wrong direction or the second drive to turn
without control.

"Mains phase
sequence"

3
In the "dual-motor operation" oper-
ating mode, the mains input phases
L1, L2, and L3 must be connected to
the terminals in the correct order.
When the motor phases are
connected correctly for both motors,
the direction of rotation is set to
"CW".
An incorrect mains phase sequence
is detected and rejected as a fault.
Check the connection sequence of the mains
input phases and replace two mains phases to
maintain a CW rotating field.

Reset the fault. If the fault occurs repeatedly,
send the unit in for inspection.
Mains phase
failure

1
1
Mains phase failure during network
recognition.
Important: The failure of 2 mains
phases fail does not lead to the
error "Mains phase failure".
Instead, the state "Not ready, 24V"
is displayed without an error
display.
Check the mains lead for phase failure.

2
Mains phase failure occurs after
network has been detected.
Important: The failure of 2 mains
phases fail does not lead to the
error "Mains phase failure".
Instead, the state "Not ready, 24V"
is displayed without an error
display.
Check the mains lead for phase failure.
