CE marking

Low voltage directive:
MOVI-SWITCH
®
1EM drives meet the requirements stipulated in the low voltage
directive 2006/95/EC.
•
Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC):
The designated use of MOVI-SWITCH
®
1EM drives is as components for installation
in machinery and systems. Provided that you comply with the installation instruc-
tions, the CE marking requirements for the entire machine/system in which they are
installed are satisfied on the basis of the EMC directive 2004/108/EC. For detailed
information on EMC compliant installation, refer to the publication "Electromagnetic
Compatibility in Drive Engineering" from SEW-EURODRIVE.
The CE mark on the nameplate indicates conformity with the Low Voltage Directive
2006/95/EC and the EMC Directive 2004/108/EC.
