∙ Children from 3 years and
younger than 8 years are
allowed to load and unload
the cooler.
∙ Children must not be
permitted to play with the
appliance.
∙ Children must not be
permitted to carry out any
cleaning or maintenance
work on the appliance
unless they are supervised.
∙ To avoid contamination of
food respect the following
instructions:
∙ If the lid remains open
for a longer period, the
temperature in the cooler
may rise considerably.
∙ When the cooler is not in
use, turn off the appliance,
clean it and leave the
lid open to prevent the
formation of mould.
∙ Caution: Keep any packaging materials
well away from children – such materials
are a potential source of danger, e.g. of
suffocation.
∙ The ventilation fan inlets and outlets in
the lid must be kept clear during use.
∙ For proper air circulation, do not place
any objects on the appliance which may
block the ventilation system.
∙ The lid should only be used in
connection with the original cool-box.
∙ Do not allow any liquid into the fan inlet
or outlet openings, or into the cool-box
itself.
∙ Do not allow the appliance or its power
cord to touch hot surfaces or to come
into contact with any heat sources.
∙ Do not under any circumstances
operate the cool-box with both cables
connected.
∙ Do not change directly from one
operating mode to another. Always wait
30 minutes before doing so.
∙ Every time the appliance is used, the
main body including the power cord as
well as any attachment fitted should
be checked thoroughly for any defects.
