On/Off switch 

 

 The On/Off switch is located on the rear right of the base. Always switch the appliance off after use, and also before cleaning.

Mixing bowl 

 

 The mixing bowl has a maximum capacity of 1.5 litres. Inside the bowl, there are corresponding markings for 0.5, 1.0 and 1.5 

litres.

 

The mixing bowl must be correctly assembled and 

fi

 tted inside the appliance for all cooking and mixing programmes as well as 

steam cooking. If the bowl is 

fi

 tted incorrectly, or improperly locked, beep signals will sound, and the display will show an error 

code.

Transparent lid inserts

 

 The appliance comes with two transparent lid inserts. The one with the handle is used for all mixing or cooking processes when 

the butter

fl

 y stirring attachment is not in use. The lid insert without a handle is used for all mixing or cooking processes where the 

stirring attachment is used. 

Caution:

 t either lid insert during steam cooking.

Spatula

 

 The spatula provided helps removing the processed food from the mixing bowl.

 

 

Never 

insert the spatula into the appliance’s opening during operation.

Assembling the appliance

1.  Fitting the blade:

 

Caution: 

To prevent the mixing bowl from leaking, with subsequent possible damage to the appliance, the blade must only be

 tted together with its sealing gasket.
