24 HOUR CONTROL
Belt tensioners. Check that the angle between the arm and
fastening point is at least 30 degrees as shown on figure 45.
Tighten if necessary.
Check the condition of the belt tensioners roller. Check that
the belts are placed onto the roller.
Check the condition of the belts.
Check the tensioning of the conveyor belt in the machine.
Check the condition of the knives. Loose knives must be se-
cured to prevent damage on the drum.
Lubricate specified points with grease.
Good maintenance extends the life of the machine and contributes to a trouble-free operation.
Regular supervision also provides financial benefits in terms of lower power consumption, lower
repair cost and higher productivity.
After 24 hours of operation some elements need a check up as paint wears off and to ensure the
machine functions optimally.

performing inspection, maintenance and
adjustments on the machine!
CRUSHING HAZARD
After performing maintenance and
adjustments on the equipment;
close all covers before startup.
ELECTRICAL HAZARD
Make sure the control cabinet’s door
is always closed during operation.
