Apply silicone sealant* to the occupied bung slots in the assembly.

We recommend that you use a small diameter nozzle. Apply enough

sealant to each slot to ensure that all the external rubber/plastic

boundaries are protected.

*DOWSIL™/Dow Corning® 7091 Silicone Sealant

is recommended.

2.

Place the assembly face-down on a flat surface until the sealant is dry.

AMPS Mounting Options

The SCC3 can be fitted into the vehicle using a range of AMPS mounts

available to suit installation requirements.

1.

Feed any cables required to the SCC3 and connect them as shown in

the section "Cabling the SCC3" on page 23.

2.

Using the screws supplied, secure the AMPS backplate to the SCC3

(maximum tightening torque = 0.8 Nm). Ensure all cables are routed

correctly and will not be trapped when the backplate is fitted.
