When there is no motion for 4 minutes, the screen will go out and into sleep mode. It will light
up automatically once the motion comes in.
Parameters:
Battery: 2 AAA batteries
Working temperature: 0 - 40°C
Keeping temperature: -10 - 60°C
Usage instruction

Put the foot on the pedals and stay still. After holding on the handle bar and
relaxing the shoulders and arms, try to straighten your arm and bend your knees to
proper angle as like the legs are perpendicular to the sliding rail.

Lean back with straightened legs and pull the handlebars under the ribs.

Straighten the arms, bend the knees and slide forward.

Return to the beginning.
