Disposal of batteries/accumulators:
If you intend to scrap the appliance or to recycle it, the battery/accumulator must be
removed from the appliance (Note: The appliance is broken when the battery is removed).
1) To access the battery, use a Phillips screwdriver. The screw for opening the cover is
located underneath the appliance, near the connecting socket for the adaptor.
2) Unscrew the appliance cover.
3) Remove the internal casing by releasing the screws located on each side of it.
4) You will now be able to access the battery and remove it from the appliance.
Worn out batteries/accumulators must be taken to a collection point to be treated
ecologically.
