WAFFLES
22 waffles (approximately)
Ingredients :
500 g flour
1 sachet of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
125 g of melted butter
30 g of caster sugar
2 sachets of vanilla sugar
4eggs
75 cl of milk
You can increase the quantity of sugar to 50g in order to get the waffles browner.
Preparation :
In a container: mix the flour, caster sugar, salt and eggs. Beat the contents using a whisk.
Melt the butter. In a bowl, mix the yeast with the milk.
Put the mixture and the melted butter in the large container.
Mix gently until the dough has a smooth consistency.
Leave the dough to rest for approximately 30 minutes.
Cooking :
Add a little oil to the plates so that the waffles do not stick together and heat up the
appliance.
Once the appliance is hot, pour the waffle batter.
Close the appliance and cook for approximately 5 minutes.
