7. When steam cooking is done, turn off the Power switch to "0" (off), and unplug the power
cord.
Note:
Do not cover the Vent and be careful with the hot steam emitted during cooking.
To optimize steam cooking time and prevent loss of steam, do not open the lid during cooking.
As long as the appliance is plugged and the power switch is in the "I" (ON) position,
it will remain in keep warm mode. It does not turn off automatically. Always unplug
the appliance when not in use.
