It is important to assemble the barbecue correctly in order to avoid any risk of harm or improper use.

Slot the lower part of the leg (the wider end) (2) into the stand (1). (The grooves should be
facing downwards.)

Then screw the other end of the leg (the narrow end) into the lower part of the leg (2).
•
Slot the base of the barbecue (4) onto the leg (2) and ensure it is tightly fastened in place using
the locking clamp (3) (which must be in the open position before the base is slotted in place).

Then place the grill (6) onto the base (4) with the thermostat plug in the opening provided.
•
Slot the collecting tray for cooking juices and grease (5) into the barbecue base (4).
•
Then place the lid (8) over the grill, ensuring that the letters line up - the letter R on the base
must line up with the R on the lid, and the same applies for the letter L.

Plug the thermostat (7) into the barbecue. Your barbecue is ready for use.
III.
OPERATION
The barbecue may be used inside your home or outside. Do not store the barbecue outside when not in
use.

Unroll the power cable completely.
▪
Pour water into the tray without splashing either the resistor or the thermostat.
▪
Ensure that there is always water in the tray. You may need to add water to the tray on a
regular basis during use (without removing completely the tray: Risk of burn)
▪
When you plug in the appliance, the indicator light will switch on.
▪
Set the thermostat to its maximum setting until the orange thermostat light goes out in order to
preheat the appliance.
▪
Once this light has gone out, adjust the thermostat to the setting of your choice.
