SAVING THE NAME AND NUMBER FROM THE CALLER LIST INTO PHONE BOOK
1.
Press the CALLS button.

button to scroll to the call record you wish to store into the phonebook.
3.
Press SAVE/MEMO button. The LCD Display shows “SAVE”.
4.
Press CALLS button to return to standby mode.
NOTE:
When call records with 10 digits is stored in the phonebook, a “1” is inserted in front of the
number. If you must dial out a 10-digit number for local calls, you must edit the number to exclude that
digit to dial out correctly.
SELECTIVE DELETING IN THE CALLER LIST
1.
Press the CALLS button
2. Press

button to scroll to the call record you wish to delete.
3.
Press RE/PA/DELETE button. The LCD Display will show “ERASE ITEM?”
4.
To delete the selected call record, press RE/PA/DELETE button.
5.
Press the CALLS button to return to STANDBY mode.
DELETING ALL RECORDS IN THE CALLER LIST
1.
Press the CALLS button.
2. Press

RE/PA/DELETE button. The LCD Display will show “ ERASE ALL?”
3.
To delete all Caller ID records, press RE/PA/DELETE button. The LCD Display will show “ERASE
ALL” and return to standby mode.
