PLACING A CALL FROM THE CALLER LIST 

1. 

Press the UP button. 

2. 

Press the UP or DN button to select the call record you wish to call back. 

3. 

Press TALK button to dial out. 

4. 

To end you conversation, either press the TALK button or place the handset on the base unit. 

 

SAVING THE NAME AND NUMBER FROM THE CALLER LIST INTO PHONE BOOK 

1. 

Press the UP button. 

2. 

Press the UP or DN button to scroll to the call record you wish to store into the phonebook. 

3. 

Press SELECT button. The LCD Display shows “DIAL ERASE STORE”. Press the UP or DN 

button to select “STORE”, and then press the SELECT button to confirm a selection 

4. 

Press the SELECT button twice to confirm. 

5. 

Press EXIT/MUTE button to return to standby mode. 

NOTE: 

When call records with 10 digits is stored in the phonebook, a “1” is inserted in front of the 

number. If you must dial out a 10-digit number for local calls, you must edit the number to exclude that 

digit to dial out correctly. 

 

SELECTIVE DELETING IN THE CALLER LIST 

1. 

Press the UP button 

2. 

Press the UP or DN button to scroll to the call record you wish to delete. 

3. 

Press SELECT button. The LCD Display will show “DIAL ERASE STORE” 

4. 

Press the UP or DN button to select “ERASE”, and then press the SELECT button to confirm a 

selection. The LCD will show “ERASE NO YES ALL”. 

5. 

Press the UP or DN button to select “YES”, and then press the SELECT button to confirm a deletion 

the call record. 

6. 

Press the EXIT/MUTE button to return to STANDBY mode. 

 

DELETING ALL RECORDS IN THE CALLER LIST 

1. 

Press the UP button 

2. 

Press the UP or DN button to scroll to the call record you wish to delete. 

3. 

Press SELECT button. The LCD Display will show “DIAL ERASE STORE” 

4. 

Press the UP or DN button to select “ERASE”, and then press the SELECT button to confirm a 

selection. The LCD will show “ERASE NO YES ALL”. 

5. 

Press the UP or DN button to select “ALL”, and then press the SELECT button to confirm a 

deletion the call record. 

6.   Press the EXIT/MUTE button to return to STANDBY mode.
