Defrosting frozen bread products function
Insert frozen bread products into the toasting slots and set the desired toasting level.
Push the control lever down until it becomes secured in the lower position. Press the DEFROST button
to toast frozen bread products. The DEFROST button will be on.
The toaster will automatically eject the inserted bread products at the end of the toasting process of
the frozen bread products.
Note: The toasting process can be interrupted at any time by pressing the STOP button.
Toast reheat function
This function makes it possible to reheat the toast without further toasting. Insert toasts into the
toasting slots and push the control lever down until it is secured in the lower position. Press the REHEAT
button to reheat the toast. The REHEAT button will be on.
The toaster will automatically eject the inserted bread products at the end of the toast reheating
process.
Note: The toasting process can be interrupted at any time by pressing the STOP button.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Before cleaning always disconnect the appliance from the power socket and allow it to cool down.
To remove crumbs from the tray, hold the toaster above a rubbish bin. Open the tray and remove
the crumbs. Then close the tray again. Clean the crumb tray regularly. Ensure that crumbs do not
accumulate as this could lead to a fire.
To remove crumbs from inside the toaster turn the toaster upside down and shake out the crumbs
above a rubbish bin.
Wipe the outside parts of the toaster with a dry or lightly damp cloth and then wipe dry. Ensure that
water or dampness do not get inside the toaster.
Do not use cleaning products causing abrasion, petrol or solvents to clean the toaster. To prevent
potential injury by electric shock, do not submerge any part of the appliance under water or any other
liquid.
