Check all parts for shipping damage. In case of shipping damage, DO NOT use. Contact
Carrier/Dealer for further instruction. Make sure that tray is properly secured to the wheelchair
at ALL times.

balance rules apply

wheelchair.

Do not submerge the Mounting System or wash it with water. Clean it with a dry rag.
