In the event of a problem with the SelfCare1® or the power
cord, immediately unplug the device and contact the Family
Self Care Customer Service.
Check that your electricity supply complies with the recom-
mendations given on the SelfCare1®. You must connect your
SelfCare1® with the power cable supplied in your shipment.
Place the device on a flat, horizontal and stable surface.
Place the device in a room at an ambient temperature between 10°C and
35°C (between 50°F and 95°F) and with a moisture content of 65% maximum
(which is why we don’t recommended putting it in your bathroom).
Only use SelfCare1® cartridges. They are designed to ensure optimum
operation of the device.
Do not use detergents or abrasive products to clean the device and do not
immerse it in water as this would cause electrical malfunction and irreversible
damage.
Do not try to repair or dismantle the device. That could result in damage. swit-
ch off and unplug the device before cleaning it.
