(2) Guidelines of charging duration
Charge the watch properly by referring to the table below.
※"Generation level" is a guideline of level of solar generation that the Solar Monitor mode of the watch displays
in 10 levels in each environment above. For more details, see "How to Use Solar Monitor Mode" on P. 140.
Once fully charged, the watch keeps operating for approximately 4 months without being
exposed to light. If any one of the following functions is used more often or longer than
specified below, the watch may run down in less than 4 months.
・Alarm sound: 10 seconds/day ・Altimeter: 10 hours/month ・Illuminating light: Once/day for 2 seconds
・Compass: 10 times/week ・Power save: 6 hours/day ・Automatic synchronization: 3 times/day
・Stop watch:1 hour/day. ・Field Mode REC: 8 times/month (4 times for 3D SHORT REC, 4 times for 3D LONG REC)
※Note that frequent use of the illuminating light will cause the power reserve to decrease faster.
