the egg white until it is stiff . Please select desired speed level.
Be advised that the device starts with a short time delay.
6. Once the egg white has reached its preferred fi rmness
stop the operation. Ensure that the whisk (6) does not turn
anymore and comes to a complete stop.
7. First remove the motor (2) from the protection cover (3). Then
remove the protection cover (3) and take out the whisk (6)
from the glass bowl (7) by grasping the upper plastic stick of
the accessory. Dismantling see fi gure 2.
8. To take out the stiff egg white from the glass bowl (7) we
recommend to use a scraper or spatula.

5.3 Peeling garlic
1. Place the glass bowl (7) without protection cover (3) onto an
even and heat resistant surface and carefully slide the garlic
peeler (5) onto the stick for the insert, located on the bottom
of the glass bowl (7).
2. Place several cloves of garlic into the glass bowl (7).
3. Connect the protection cover (3) with the glass bowl (7).
4. Place the motor (2) onto the respective position of the pro-
tection cover (3) by adapting the slots of the motor (2) to the
bumps in the protection cover (3). According to the locking
marks connect the motor (2) with the protection cover (3)
