1. In CD ROM, double click setup.exe to access software installation.   

2. Suggest computer system up to PIV 2.0 GHz , RAM up to 256 MB , VGA card up to 64M.   

Windows XP / 2000. 

3. Close Microsoft NetMeeting if it is running. And then restart client viewer. 

4. Make sure the VGA card driver is originally from VGA manufacturer. 

5. Make sure Microsoft DirectX 9.0b is installed. 

6. Make sure IE all ActiveX item are all on. 

 

Input user’s name / password / DVR IP Address / DVR Port according your LAN or WAN system. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Press OK to login. Press cancel to quit if user is not going to view through LAN or WAN. 

Or go in AP to view PES from backup in USB device.
