The ability to broadcast traffic news in
RDS programmes with EON works when
“TP” is displayed and you are listening to
the RDS programme you are tuned to.
Activate/Cancel TP by pressing the TP/AS
key.

Reception conditions vary constantly dur-
ing driving. Mountains, buildings and
bridges interfere with reception. This hap-
pens particularly when you are a long way
from the station.
The manufacturer of this car radio guaran-
tees long term maintenance-free use. If
you experience any problems, please con-
tact your SEAT dealer.
Bear in mind that cassettes cannot with-
stand high temperatures (see manufac-
turer’s instructions). Keep them in their
case after use.
The front of the radio may only be cleaned
with a clean anti-static cloth. Detergents
and polishes may damage the finish of
the radio front.
The tape head must be kept free of abra-
sion remains from the tape to avoid loss
of treble.
Every 50...100 hours you should clean the
tape head with a cleaning cassette.
