Attach
ONE
end of the cylinder line to bleeder fitting 4.
– INBOARD/STERNDRIVE. Turn steering wheel clockwise until
an air free stream of oil exits bleeder fitting 4.
– FRONT MOUNT OUTBOARD/HC5332. Turn steering wheel
counter-clockwise until an air free stream of oil exits bleeder
fitting 4.

Turn Power purge
OFF
.
15.
CLOSE
Alignment Valve.
16.
Remove blue hose from helm and attach the larger fitting to
bleeder #3.
17.
Open bleeder #3 (#4 should still be open).
18.
Turn on Power Purge.
19.
Using the steering wheel, cycle the engines from lock to lock
until no more air is seen exiting the cylinder.
Ensure Power Purge fittings do not contact the engine cowling or
rigging bundle or damage may occur).
20.
Close bleeders #2 and #4 then turn off Power Purge.
21.
Remove Power purge lines from cylinders, align engines (page
13) and test system.
22.
Conduct Oil Level and System Check as directed on page 13.
