- User program (U1-U2):
Press the desired “program” button to select the user (U1-U2). You can set your own profile program
up to a maximum of three users. Press the “mode” button to set your speed and incline value for
each of the 20 segments. Each segment includes a speed and incline value, use the “fast” and “slow”
button to set the speed and the “up” and “down” button to set the incline. You will need to press the
“mode” button after each value is set. Press the “mode” button to set the time, range is from 10:00 to
90:00 or press “start” if you do not wish to set your time. Press the “start” button to start your
program. Note: the computer will automatically save your profiles.
FUNCTION BUTTON
INITIAL DISPLAY
ODO:
Displays the total distance accumulated in the DISTANCE window up to 999 miles (km).
HRS:
Displays the total working time accumulated in the TIME window from 0 to 99:99.
If time exceeds 99:99 minutes the time accumulated will be displayed in hours up to 9999 in the
TIME window.
VER:
Displays the current software version in the SPEED window.
Function Buttons on monitor:
Program up: There are a total of 8 programs select from. Manual, P1 to P5 are speed and incline
or down: program, 2 user.
Fast:
Press the “fast” button to increase your speed from

to 16kmph (10mph)
Slow:
Press the “slow” button to decrease your speed from 16kmph (10mph) to
1

Start:
Press the “start” button to start your treadmill.
