LIABILITY FREE CLAUSE
Damage caused by dropping, crashing, cuts, piercing or other man-made behaviors; The end-user did not follow the
instruction manual; The end-user ignored the SEAMAX warning information; Placed or changed the motors under
wet circumstances which may damage the batteries, the circuit or other electric parts. User used parts or accessories
that are not genuine SEAMAX components.
TERMINATION OF COVERAGE
Warranty coverage may be terminated for repossessed product, or product purchased at auction, from a salvage
yard, from a liquidator, from an insurance company, from unauthorized marine dealers or boat builders, or other third
party entities.
