WARNING! Ensure the radiator is cool before opening the cap.
3 Maintain tools in good and clean condition for best and safest performance. DO NOT use tester if damaged.
3 Wear suitable clothing to avoid snagging. Do not wear jewellery and tie back long hair.
3 Use proper ventilation and avoid breathing in exhaust fumes.
3 Keep a fire extinguisher to hand.
3 Account for all tools and parts being used and do not leave them in or near the engine.
3 Keep tester parts clean and dry and store each component part in its appropriate location in the carry case.

The VS001 kit is a traditionally styled cooling system pressure testing kit with a selection of quick-release coupling
adaptors to fit popular European vehicles including Audi, BMW, Citroen, Fiat, Ford, Mercedes, Opel, Peugeot,
Renault, Rover, SAAB, Seat, Skoda, Volvo and VW, and also Japanese vehicles.
The system is used to locate leaks from head gaskets, radiator and heater cores, core plugs and housings, water
pumps, hoses etc.
