3.6. HOW TO MAKE THE CUT TRUE 

To get the best from this mitre saw ensure that:

3.6.1. The saw blade is tensioned sufficiently to avoid ‘whip’ which will cause the blade to deviate from a true cut.

3.6.2. The blade is ‘in line’ and central to the frame.

3.6.3. The workpiece is square and true.

3.6.4. The correct type of blade for the job is used.

3.6.5. Tension is always released after use.

IMPORTANT: 

Before making a cut ensure you have read and understood the safety instructions in Section 1. When you have finished,

clean the saw and store it in a safe, dry, childproof area. DO NOT use the saw if any part of the assembly or the blade is 

damaged. Contact your local Sealey dealer for advice.
