3.2.
USING THE WRENCH.
3.2.1. Only use impact sockets which are specifically designed for use with a impact wrench. The use of normal chrome vanadium sockets is
dangerous since these are more brittle and are liable to shatter.
3.2.2. Fit the socket to the wrench by snapping it onto the rotating head axle (fig 1.5).
3.2.3. Insert battery back in the wrench.
3.2.4. Check that the rotation direction is correct before use. To change direction, push switch (fig 1.4) to the left or right . Check this operation
before use to familiarise yourself with direction required. DO NOT change direction whilst operating trigger is depressed.
Use the same switch to de-activate the axle by place the switch in the middle (neutral) position.
3.2.5. Place the socket over the subject nut and depress the trigger (fig 1.3) to operate the wrench.
Speed of the wrench is controlled by the electronic variable speed switch. Press the switch gently for a slow speed and progressively
increase the pressure on the switch to produce correspondingly higher speeds (try before using the wrench).
