5.  ASSEMBLY

NOTE: 

  Take care when turning the unit on to its top surface and place on a surface that will not damage the unit.

5.1. 

  

Place handle (fig.3.D) upside down and align plugs into tray (fig.3.A) and press together (fig.3). Insert legs (fig.4.C) into tray (fig.4.A)  

 

using 4 screws (fig.2.AA). Attach handle (fig.3.D) using three screws (fig.2.DD) (fig.4).

NOTE:   DO NOT

 overtighten fixings.

5.2. 

  

Insert panels (fig.5.F) into rear and side of assembly (fig.5). Insert panel with slides (fig.5.G) into side of assembly (at handle end).

NOTE:

  Panel fit at this stage will be loose. 

NOTE: 

  Ensure full engagement between panel fig.3.F and fig.3.G into tray fig.5.A.

NOTE: 

  Slide overhang on side panel fig.1.G to face workstation opening (fig.5).

5.3. 

  

Install centre support (fig.6.H) with drawer slides facing matching slides in end panel (fig.6.G) (fig.6). Slide overhang to face  

 

 

workstation opening. Install the pin of door (fig.6.E) into tray (fig.6.A) (fig.6). 

5.4. 

  

Install castors (fig1.J and fig.1.K) to base (fig.1.B) using 12 nuts and bolts (fig2.BB, fig.2.CC) (fig.7).

NOTE:

  Assemble swivel castors in marked locations (fig.7).
