4. MAINTENANCE

3.  OPERATION

4.1. 

Periodically lubricate the drawer slides (fig.5).

4.2.

 

Clean the surfaces with a soft cloth and a mild water/detergent solution.

4.3.

 

Check all fixings and tighten if required.

3.1.

 

To lock the top chest, close all drawers, then insert one lock bar into the back slot inside the top compartment. Close the lid and lock with the  

 key.

2.3. 

Turn the rollcab upside down and place the base into position as shown in fig.3A.

Note:

  Place protective material onto the ground to avoid damaging the top of the rollcab.

Position the corner brackets (fig.3B) and secure using bolts, washers and nuts.

2.5.

 

Attach the back panel to the base using two bolts, washers and nuts.

Ensure the base is square in the rollcab and tighten all nuts fully (fig.3C).

2.7.

 

Place the rollcab upright and place the topchest on top as shown in fig.4.

 

Environmental Protection

Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted, 

taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment.

When the product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, dispose of the product according to local 

regulations.
