1.  SAFETY

   Replace damaged parts. Use recommended parts only. Unauthorised parts may be dangerous and will invalidate the warranty.

   Keep the drainer clean, dry and in good condition for best and safest performance.

   Wear appropriate protective clothing and eye protection.

   If it is necessary to raise the vehicle ensure that it is properly supported. If the vehicle has been raised with a jack, axle stands must  

  be put in place before working under the vehicle.

   Remove the oil drainer and other tools and equipment from underneath the vehicle before lowering it again.

   Use drainer in a suitable work area. Keep area clean and tidy, and free from unrelated materials and ensure that there is adequate  

 lighting.

   The work area should have a flat and level surface capable of supporting the weight of the drainer and it’s contents.

 position the drainer in such a way that it becomes a hazard to others in the work area.

   Ensure that the floor is not slippery and wear non-slip shoes.

   Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the work area.

   Dispose of waste liquids in accordance with local authority regulations.

2.  INTRODUCTION

ow level drainer suitable for use on the forecourt and workshop floor. High impact polypropylene fabricated unit with a capacity of 64L. Fitted 

rotary pump and 2.4m hose for fast discharge. Fully portable with four castor wheels and handle for manoeuvring around the workshop.

4.  ASSEMBLY

4.1. 

  

Refer to parts diagram.

4.2. 

  

To mount the handle (3) and pump (18), you will need to partially disassemble the rear mounting plate (9).

4.3. 

  

Remove right castor wheel nut (5) from castor (23) and slide out the mounting plate (9).

4.4. 

  

Attach handle (3) to mounting plate (9) using screw (8).

4.5. 

  

Attach pump (18) via the mounting bracket to the mounting plate (9) using the nuts and bolts provided.

4.6. 

  

Re-attach mounting plate (9) and right castor.

4.7. 

  

Attach short hose (12) to connector (11) on bottom of pump (18) and bottom of reservoir (7) with hose clamp (14).

4.8. 

  

Attach long hose (24) to connector (11) on top of pump (18) with connector (11).
