Remove the screw with a #1 Phillips screwdriver.

2.

Remove the drive mounting bracket.

3.

Slide the drive straight forward until it is free of the board mount SATA connector.

Ensure the protective Mylar sheet remains with the 12000 carrier board. It must be used to reinstall
the drive.
