Each SCSI device attached to a SCSI cable must have a
unique SCSI ID number (from 0 to 7) assigned to it.
This tape drive is configured at the factory for SCSI ID 4.
You can assign the drive any SCSI ID number that is
not being used by another SCSI device.
To change the SCSI ID, set the jumpers on the SCSI
jumper block as shown at left.

Note..... In general, you should not use SCSI ID 7, which
is normally used by the SCSI controller, or SCSI
ID 0, which may be used by the computer’s
bootable hard drive.
