Below are general instructions only. Please refer to your Codan Manual for more detailed instructions, updated information and

a complete list of commands.

16.1.

Cable Installation

Connect the DB-9 connector of the

138691-1 serial cable, to the Com

Port of your computer.

Connect the RJ-45 connector to

(only) serial connector on the rear

panel of the MXP.

16.2.

Communicating with the Codan LBUC

This procedure is based on ProgTerm, but HyperTerminal or similar program may be used.

Open ProgTerm on the computer.

Click the “CommPort” tab.

Select “Properties”.
