MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES
Wheel Bearings and Seals
Wheel Bearing Inspection
Install a jack under the axle and raise
until the tire gets off the ground.
Push and pull the wheel from the upper
edge to feel the play and rotate wheel.
If any play is felt or if wheel does not
turn smoothly, have the wheel bearing
replaced.
Wheel Bearing Seal Inspection
A slight film of grease around the seal
is normal. Have the seal replaced if an
excessive leak or damage is noticed.
Lights
Light Bulb Replacement
Taillights and Rear Side Markers
1. Remove the clear lens located un-
derneath the taillight lens.

PULL CLEAR LENS DOWN
1. Clear lens
2. Replace burnt light bulb.
To remove the stop/turn/parking light
bulb, push the bulb in and turn coun-
terclockwise. To install, index the bulb
base with the socket, push in, then
turn to lock it in place.
To remove side marker light bulb, pry it
off its socket. To install, push the bulb
in the socket until it bottoms. There is
no indexation for that type of bulb.

3. Install clear lens:
3.1 Insert the wires in the clear
lens slot.
3.2 On both sides, insert the clear
lens center tab behind the red
lens and the outer tabs over
the red lens.

Front Side Markers
1. Pry lens off by twisting a flat screw-
driver into the light housing slot.
