Pressure Vessel / Membrane Assembly
❶
Dry
install two big o-rings and one small o-ring on both end cap plugs.
❷ With fingertip,
lightly
film coat exposed edge of outer and inner o-rings with silicon grease only.
(NOTE: if coating is too heavy, o-rings will leak under pressure.)
❸ With fingertip,
lightly
wipe 1” inside both ends of fiberglass pressure vessel.
❹ Insert the “One Hole” end plug into the pressure vessel leaving 1/4” shoulder above the end of the
tube.
❺ Install a pair of end clamps, liberally grease allen set screws and tighten uniformly.
❻
Lightly
apply silicon grease to both end stubs and lip seal of membrane.
❼ Insert membrane into tube with the NON o-ring end first. Lip seal remains at open end.
❽ Insert the “Two Hole” end plug as per steps 4 and 5.

NOTE:
Multi-units should be plumbed in series for best flushing.
MOUNTING OPTIONS: The RO vessel can be mounted in any position, horizontal to vertical, with
either end up, to accommodate your installation.
